Broc Feeney and Brad Schumacher claimed the headline result, steering the Kelso Electrical Team MPC Audi R8 LMS EVO II to victory in the final GT World Challenge Australia powered by AWS race. The pair recovered from a busy opening stint before Schumacher took charge and crossed the line ahead of Ryan Wood and Steve Brooks. Josh Buchan and Cameron Campbell completed the podium, earning their first top-three finish of the season. In the Trophy Class, Luke Youlden and Paul Stokell controlled proceedings, leading every lap.

The Monochrome GT4 Australia race brought another important result in the Silver Cup title fight. Tom Hayman and Jett Murray made it three wins for the season with a lights-to-flag performance in their Method Motorsport McLaren Artura GT4. Blake Purdie and Jobe Stewart finished second, with Jay Murray third. Cody Burcher and Dean Campbell marked their return to the category by winning Silver-Am, while Glenn Walker added another Am Cup victory to his tally, making it four for the season.

Local fans had plenty to celebrate in the Motorcraft Mustang Cup Australia. Northern Territory driver Bryce Fullwood completed a perfect weekend, following his Saturday win with another commanding performance in the final race. The Ryan McLeod Racing Cars driver finished ahead of Josh Anderson and Brock Stinson, sealing an impressive debut weekend in the category. Joe Fawcett and Oliver Wickham rounded out the top five.

The Territory Tourers also gave the home crowd a reason to cheer. Steve Johnstone was the standout, taking both Sunday races in his VP Commodore. He first beat Geoff Cowie and Shane Smith, then returned to the top step ahead of Smith and David Ling in the later contest.

The circuit’s long straights and technical corners challenged drivers throughout, while the packed program kept spectators close to the action from morning through afternoon.

Across the weekend, the racing combined championship pressure with breakthrough results and local success, helping make the series’ first Darwin appearance a memorable one. The event now sets up the next stage of the season, with the SpeedSeries heading to Sydney Motorsport Park from 18 to 20 September. GT World Challenge Australia and Monochrome GT4 Australia will continue their title battles there.
